help with telkom speed please!!!

im a nooby ...lol... my question to u experts is bout my speed ... i hav that telkom 2gig 512/256kbps ... is it normal to get a Ping speed of 900+ ...? coz it seriously suck big time ... plz advise

depens on which servers the games you're playing use.
by the way, 1 second is 1000 milliseconds.

i just wanna know if its normal to get a ping of 900+ if i do a speed test at speednet .... and if if ther is a way to get a better ping ... btw if ur telephone line makes a noise does it affect ur internet line ...?

Just by the way, if you're using a shaped account and play the games internationally, then that ping is about the norm. Might be a little bit on the higher side of the norm, but still pretty much what most people get.

If you want less lag, get an Unshaped account.
