Help with Telkom

Ok I went on holiday and before I left I switched off the power to the router. A week later when I got back and switched it on the DSL light was on but not the internet light. Ok so I phoned Telkom, right then I was told its a fault on my line and they reported it to a technician.

30min later I unplugged everything and did my setup from scratch. Now it shows in the router dashboard that I am connected on my line and on the internet. But I can't access the internet on my pc, laptop or Xbox and also cannot download any email.

Right phoned Telkom again, I was told there maybe something wrong at the exchange point. Ok so 5 days later they still cannot give me an answer to why I can't access the internet.

Both the internet and dsl lights are steady on my router, but no internet or email is working.

Setup: 4mb line from Telkom
ISP Telkom
Router: Mega 105WR

I would just like to know if its a Telkom fault or a fault on my side. What else can I do.
