I contacted Telkom on the 31st of August about a packet loss problem, 2 days after that a technician was at my house, he said the problem is caused by the 1Mbps to 2Mbps upgrade and that the problem will be resolved in an hour or 2. The internet was fine for a day or 2 and then the packet loss started again. I contacted them again and this past Tuesday there was a technician here again, witch made the problem go away for the same day and started the next day again. They have escalated the problem as well and still the packet loss persists, some days i'm lucky enough to have no problems, I live in Witbank. Here is a ping to google.com

PING 197.80.128.20 (197.80.128.20): 56 data bytes
56 bytes from 197.80.128.20: icmp_seq=0 ttl=58 time=14.9 ms
56 bytes from 197.80.128.20: icmp_seq=1 ttl=58 time=15.1 ms
56 bytes from 197.80.128.20: icmp_seq=2 ttl=58 time=15.2 ms

--- 197.80.128.20 ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 25% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max = 14.9/15.0/15.2 ms

If any one can maybe help me to do something.

On Teamspeak my packet loss averages 10 - 15% i have a 1Mbps uncapped from Mweb

Speed Test on Mweb as well.
Download Speed: 241 kbps (30.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 385 kbps (48.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
