Help with this issue

I'm using a Samsung s9 ultra using Dex
When I load up whatsapp and maybe other apps it's like the bottom is cut off and I can't figure out how to stop this.

Anyone have any solution?
Even if I auto hide the Taskbar same thing

Only way seems to disable side by side view in whatsapp

Seems this is a major issue with whatsapp
