help with touchscreen

Hey Guys,
I recently purchased a Pyramid 150 touchscreen secondhand. It displays fine but doesn't touch, also not listed in device manager. It has a blue male dsub, a black female dsub and a purple ps2 connections. I have tried installing different drivers but no success.

Sorry for the stupid question.
Did you plug the ps/2 cable in?

I tried plugging the ps\2 but it made no difference, according to manual it is for keyboard and mouse support. Also after rescan in device manager it picks up as a pointing device but says "device driver software was not successfully installed"

The touch function will work via ps/2 or usb.
Did you plug ps/2 in while the system was running? PS/2 only initializes at bootup.
