help with ubuntu linux latest version

HI and good morning,
I am looking for a linux cd in the cape town cbd area,I will collect.
I was busy with a pc and the cd fell and got scratched.Now installation stucks at 22%.
Is there anyone that can help please.
I need to install this by like in the next 2 hours.
