Help with useless SARS

Hi,

I registered for efiling a few months ago and then received a notice saying i needed to provide documentation, proof of residence, id etc.
The efiling account i registered for seems to have been removed as i can no longer login and there is no history of my account when i try reset password etc. I went into SARS today provided all the documentation, I came home and registered for efiling again, i now receive the same ****ing notice to provide documentation.

Please can somebody assist, what should i do next. There is no way i am going back to SARS waiting for 2 hours to provide the same bloody documentation, what a retarded system :(

I went through the same drama a few months ago.

Click on the "Home" button below the SARS efiling logo once you've logged in. Under the "User" section of the left sidebar, click "Pending Registration". Your name should be listed on the next page, with an "open" option on the far right of the screen. In the middle of this page, there will be a "Supporting Documents" section. You can click on "Manually Submitted" (I think that's what it is called), or upload the scanned documentation. About 7 working days later (they claim 21, but mine was faster), you should be up and running.

You waited for only 2 hours? The luck was on your side that day. ;)

Thanks, will try that. Yea i guess its not too bad when itsn ot tax season.

I don't see manually submitted anywhere. I forgot to mention i did upload docs the first time but they declined them. I guess i will have to do it again but this time i have their stamps and proof that i was at the branch.
