Help with W32.Spybot.ANOO removal tools

I have come across this worm which has been infecting a few PCs at our offices of late. It was apparently found around 2 weeks ago and as yet I cannot find a proper tool to remove it from the system.

I have followed instructions from this Symantec source to no avail as the worm keeps popping up after a restart.

I have googled for various programs like Spybot which advertise that they can remove the worm but these dont work.

Any more suggestions from somebody who has come across this would be appreciated.

ok maybe if you tried avg instead of the virus known as norton you might come right

our company policy enforces Norton, thus AVG is kinda like a single shot solution if it works.

going to download AVG and its latest update and give it a shot. sigh.
