Help with warrantee

I need my 120 GIG Barracuda / Seagate Hdd fixed or replaced.

MODEL # ST3120827AS
S/N 5MT2DJSC

I am in Cape Town. The comp that I bought it doesnt exist anymore. I have the slip.

Any ideas?

Drive still under warranty till end of 2010 for exchange.

They should be able to exchange it for you.

The local distributors do not honor the long manufacturer guarantees. Some only still replace it within a year

You do not need a slip as they go according to serial no. Register the faulty drive on Seagate support site, may help later If you have problems!
