Cape Town before December holidays.
So I bought a DSL AC68U about a year back from them, and they were prompt with delivery and service but now when I need to do a simple warranty claim on the router they won't reply to my emails and Emma on live chat is useless in getting anything done...Anyone here that has dealt with them and can help me?

ASUS own their warranty and as such all repairs & DOA’s are done by*Asus South Africa:

DOA PROCEDURE

The DOA policy is only valid within the first 14 days from invoice.
Customer to call Asus Warranty Centre: 0861278792 for telephonic diagnosis.
Once DOA has been established, stock must be returned to supplier with all accessories and packaging

DOA Return on free gifts eg mouse/carry bag/earphones etc is 2 days
