can anyone help me i have samsung i780 win mobile 6 , i have never used a win mobile device before ,i would like to change my today screen to show my upcoming meetings,appointments etc

How do i go about installing new appz and themes for this device

If its a cab file copy it to your phone and run it from there, if its a exe you'l probably need to run it from your pc and it will be copied to your phone via
active sync. Need some apps? have a look at http://www.1800pocketpc.com/category
