Help with wireless connection to PS3

hi

can anyone please help me with connecting my wireless ADSL to my PS3?
I have a Telkom Giga762SX WLAN dsl. I have connected to my notebook and it works fine, and I have internet connection. I have done the wireless connection option on my PS3 on easy mode. In the final section after when testing my connection it detects the IP adress but it does NOT want to connect to the internet. I do not know what to do? Can somebody please help?

My signal strenght is at a 100%

any way you can test with an Ethernet cable and see if you get internet connectivity?
if that works it's probably a problem with the wireless settings on your router

also - you need international access for the internet connection test to work, if you're on local only the test won't connect

have you done any MAC level lockdown on the router? Can you see if the station has been associated on the router and a IP Assigned?
