Help with Wordpress bug

I hope someone can assist me. I am creating a website for a township restaurant and suddenly my Wordpress Dashboard looks strange and contains plain text. Please see image.

Check your stylesheet is being linked in correctly.
Check which theme you're using and possible swap to a different theme and back again.

Does developer tools show any errors in the console or the network tab?

Finally - check your webserver error log.

Check that CSS and images are not being linked to HTTPS and the wordpress install dir is on HTTP...
