Help with Wordpress Exporting

How do I export a free Worpress site and upload it to a domain that i own. I have no background in Webdesign so this is all new to me. My Domain includes 100MB Free hosting is Wordpress ready/friendly.
I just thought I would start playing around with it don't when it would come in handy.
Are there any cost involve in exporting to host with a different provider?

You can try "Tools -> Export" from the Admin area.
Then on your new location, use "Tools -> Import" to import all the stuff.
Tick the "download media" or soemthing similar checkbox to get your images and media.

Besides that - mysql dump and import.
