Help with ZyXel NBG4115 Setup

I want to setup a vodacom 3G dongle to the above mentioned Zyxel modem.
I have the pin number, I need to fill in the following details.
The APN number
The Dail Number
The User Name and the Password

I don't know what I have already or what I should put in. If anybody could help out it would be much appreciated.

APN = internet
Dial number = *99#
user and password should be blank

I have a ZTE K3565-z (Vodacom 3G) dongle connected to my ZyXel NBG4115. The only problem I have is that it connects at a very very slow speed (GPRS) and not 3G. When I use the dongle on a PC it connects with 3G speeds, so I'm not sure if the ZyXel can't connect at full speed with the particular dongle or what.
