Help...Work Computer

Ok, we use Adobe PhotoShop 7 ( I know old but this is the only compatitble version we have to use for our work )

So we use this everyday now all of a sudden it stops working ie. Loads the screen has the picture then goes off.

What gives? We need it badly for work. How can I solve this?
Is it a problem with the registry or something else? I'm a noob at this.

It's Windows 2000 btw

What have you tried to fix this so far (so other people don't waste their time suggesting things you've tried) Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it? What's changed on the PC since the last time it worked for you?
