Just got neotel today

Setup everything as per the manual.
So i thought cool lets start checking this out..

Connect's first time 100% , stay's connected for about 25 sec then disconnects
when i re-dial i first get a username/password error. re-dial again i get
Error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated.
Re dial again and the whole thing starts at step one

Anyone out there could help me with this ?

Prime contract

and running Windows XP

I installed it on another pc also there it stay's connected for 10 min before i got disconnected again

will be reinstalling the primary pc tonight to see if that helps

Hi Rashnik

I am assuming you are using the Neoconnect manager, if so try it without the manager.
Install IPv6 if you haven't done so already.
Also run a speed and latency test and post the results if you don't mind.

Good luck

Na, something is interfering with his signal.

The fact that he is disconnected on his side, but when he tries to log in again he gets an "invalid login and password" error means that Neotel still think that he is connected.

What signal strength do you have?
Are you next to an electrical power station / welding machine / motor vehicle tuning shop?

Do not worry I get the same error messages it is irritating and Neotel still think I am connected...

I would recommend the following Uni-install NeoConnect manager, and use plain dial-up..
I have noticed the NeoConnect Manager, disconnects me as well

ahhh....the age old problem of the connection that is dropped at will....

Phone them...phone them...phone them again...keep on phoning until they sort it out or give you your money back...

I have found that if there are errors and you keep on connecting, the errors eventually go away and the connection is established...good luck
