i stay in a durban suburb and have been having problems with my adsl since i moved house the line was moved to my new place and everyday at 12 oclock on the nail it looses sync then will gain sync again sometimes at a lower speed that what i pay for then at 6pm its stable until the next day can anyone help me with this about 5 techies from telkom have been out and say there is no problem with my line they have even moved me to a new port and this still happens please help

From your cell phone call your adsl line, let it ring hopefully one of your neighbours won't answer it.

I had a similar situation and discovered when I call my number it had been spliced with the neighbors at the local db, and when ever they made a call or answered a call my line would die.

12 o'clock every day sounds like an alarm or something doing a daily call into the control centre.
