Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried everything to get my Adsl to work, but no go.
Can someone take me through the steps of installing this thing.
The PC do not see the REALTEK Ethernet.

First you need to do the following:
1) Calm down
2) How are you connected? - Router or modem direct into PC?
3) What modem are you using?
4) Has your ADSL line been tested by the Telkom tech?

Well if the computer does not see the ethernet card its because the drivers are not installed.Right click on My computer-properties-hardware-device manager.
Do you see any entry in Network Adapters?
If not then you must install drivers.
If you do see your adapter there try uninstalling it and rebooting your machine. Win Xp should ask you for the drivers upon reboot.
If your motherboard came with ethernet onboard the drivers should be on the disk that came with it under drivers.
If you bought the card the drivers should have been supplied with it.

The line has been tested by telkom and is fine. (ADSL LINE)
The modem is the normal TELKOM ADSL Router Pots that I baught from telkom. The CD i got with has no drivers on.
