I will install the ADSL soon. I am using the notebook.

I just been one store and ask the price of ADSL modem. i have following question:
1. I can only use the external ADSL modem?
2. I have been one store. The mecer external ADSL modem cost R499, Is it acceptable?
3. I would like to buy the own modem and sign the ADSL. What equipment i must supply as well? n( something filter)
4. If i would like to use the wireless connection. Is there are any ADSL modem with the wireless router? Or I must buy it seperatly? What brand do you suggest to buy?
