I have been with Mweb for quite a while and been happy until now.

My 2MB line has dropped to speeds of 300 kbps and at times even as low as 100 kbps. what the actual F?!

tried contacting them via email but have received no feedback yet.

Seriously considering a change of ISP.

Any advice on ISP's and accounts that aren't throttled to **** like this?

Almost all others, but i'd say check out Crystal Web, VOX and Afrihost.

Get some test accounts from different isp's. Just in case it's a line issue.
