We are looking for a talented and experienced individual with at least 2 years Support desk experience. We provide an excellent opportunity to learn hands on technical and personal skills in a dynamic exciting environment.

Requirements:
• Grade 12/Standard 10
• 2 – 5 years experience working for an ISP in a helpdesk role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be confortable on the phone
• Networking, TCP IP including:
o Understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP Protocols.
o Understanding of DNS (able to setup and manage DNS servers).
o Understanding of Domain queries (register, update, transfer, etc).
• Linux knowledge preferable
• Email client support (mac and PC)
• Connectivity Support Knowledge (3G, ADSL, iBurst, VPN).
• Shift work required

Probably 'competitive' or 'market related' or some schit.

They said something about a market related package... maybe they pay more for a larger than normal package? They also have not specified whether the 'shift work' is straight or gay
 
these guys are always posting, wonder if their juniors get promo within the first year or its just the company expanding rapidly
