I'm looking for a good ITIL ready Helpdesk software for onsite use not cloud services to purchase in South africa.

Any one know a company i can call.

I need a Helpdesk software with a asset mangement software similar to spiceworks but without the ads and i want to use it on-site

Are you looking for free & open source or are you looking at commercial off the shelf?
 
Honestly the free open source stuff is not really that great but this obviously depends on what you need. I've been looking for free alternatives for a while, OTRS is about the best I found but is lacking compared to our current Kayako install (lots of money).
 
I am using OTRS at the moment but i need more that's why i am looking at commercial one's.
 
The only solution that I really can recommend is Autotask, but it is mainly a cloud service.
 
There are a number of very good solutions, some in the cloud and some on premise. There are however a number of other things one needs to consider before investing in a solution or you will end up spending buckets on customizations.
 
I am testing manage engine at the moment can u tell me more on how it works for u
