Working hours: 8h15 to 15h45
Salary: R 9000 – R 11*000 depending on experience

Minimum requirements:
- A+
- N+
- At least 2 years’ experience in Networking, AD, Server and Desktop Support
- Fluent English and Afrikaans
- Call centre experience will be beneficial
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Duties:
- Customer Support
- Logging of tickets
- Escalations of tickets and Issues
- Internal IT support
- Helpdesk
- Kindly note that as part of your probation period you will be required to acquire a good understanding of the companies’ products and will be tested accordingly
