I am giving my bank an instruction not to pay iburtst's debit order at the end of the month. This way we hit them where it matters....their pockets.
Maybe then will they give us some feedback and render the service as per our contracts. As simple as that!!

use toymachines solution for everything life may throw at you: plug your modem in with ehternet instead of USB, apprantly it fixes everything

I thought they had already done that.

I don't want to cancell just trying to get some bargaining power.
How does not paying help? WBS will simply suspend you, this time for cause. If you have their UT on a 24 month contract they proceed to recover it (or the cost of the UT) from you along with their costs for doing so. Now what?

Er... dude, call their switchboard (not help desk) and ask for accounts. Ask them to put a hold on the debit order instruction. For extra insurance, you can ask your bank to reject any debit order instructions as well.

I'd cancel NOW if I were you. You can always pick up the service lateron again (unless you were one of the idiots who bought the modem)
