Intermittent connection issues again with my 5G Home Premium..

Ticket 4129913.. let's see how long it takes to get a response this time

It was responded to with a request to try on the CPE, but the instructions were unclear which I highlighted at 2pm yesterday. Until now, no further response received

I have however gotten fed up waiting for a response and changed some settings myself, hoping for a fix and so far, it seems that I have managed to fix it MYSELF. No idea what the support option is for at Rain if it's always a flippin hassle and struggle.

Thanks for the call, I truly appreciate it. I'll keep an eye on the connection but so far, it's been running stable since I made the changes in the early hours of this morning, so it's been a good 8+ hours already without issues.
