Heroics

Guys ive just managed to get a few heroic keys - but my question is... what kind of gear level is required for these heroics? more so than a raiding requirement? im keen to start but not keen to be a problem for any other group members....

How many greens do u have?

normals u can do in greens
heroics u can do in "normal instance" gear rewards (ie dungeon 3 gear etc)
raiding u need to have "heroic instance" gear as well as crafted/d3 gear

if ur geared in full d3 blues, along with other 70 blues, u should b fine

I'm still questioning why blizz dropped the keys requirement to honored instead of revered...

geez cause its a mission to get to revered - if that was the case i wouldnt be doing heroics.... But my gear should be fine then - only got 1 green piece of gear (Gloves) and 1 green trinket - rest are all blues - 2 x crafted and 1 D3 piece...
Guess i should be fine then... gonna start doing some dailies

Aim at another piece of Beast Lord Gear

The 2 piece set bonus makes life alot easier in heroics

Glad u got the spear, it will do u well throughout kara if u do go raiding, put a Savagery ench and you'll be sorted.

The Laughing Skull Battleharness i believe its called, from Black Morass, is the best blue chest b4 raiding.

Cool - busy missioning for Beast Lord Gloves to replace the green pair. Spear dropped for me yesterday, so proud. Enchants are gonna be expensive... cant wait...

The secret to do heroics without being a pain in the but is coming prepared to heroics! Have good eneugh gear, use consumables, elixers flasks if needed etc. Use cheap consumables like food, so many people still do raids/ heroics without even bothering about stamina or dmg enhancement food! If you do heroics in t4 or better equipment it is a different story. Be prepared to go the extra expence to buy the best enchants...
