Heroin

My greatest regret: Not asking the anaesthesiologist for K when I had (relatively minor) surgery a few years ago. Instead of an out of body experience I got propofol and can't remember a thing
I did have that out of body experience it was not cool man.

K is unlike anything else and the absolute weirdness and detachment that comes from it makes it something I'd suggest trying long before H. If someone was making a list of things to try :X3:.
As in kat, that stuff that gets snarfed?

K hole is just hectic. I wont do that again, it messed me up for a considerable time mentally

How so?

From my understanding, it's the reason why some people come out of surgery claiming they were floating by the ceiling looking down as the doctors were working on them.
The hallucinations where not my thing, I came out confused for about a hour not sure what was real or not.

That happened to my sister at the dentist 15 years ago. She said she was sitting on top of the open door, looking down on herself lying on the dentist chair. Saw him and my mom standing there.

What sort of situations would they give morphine for? I'm guessing mass trauma like a motorbike accident? Seems like it's very addictive...

Any acute pain I would imagine. I think my mom was on it when she had a back op.

Broke my knee, operated. I received morphine while in hospital, quite frequently and they did not really push back when I complained of pain and asked for more..

I was sent home with Tramadol schedule 4 pain tablets which was so strong i started getting convulsions and withdrawals (night sweats, agitated, edgyness, nausea) after finishing my prescription.

Never again. The morphine was something else though and I can see why and how people can get addicted.

Doxyfene beatches, now that stuff was addictive, had a few prescriptions after 4 knee surgeries before it got banned.
Now as a chronic pain sufferer both knee and lower back (natural half fused disk L4-L3, L5 slipped many years ago)

I don't use ANY pain medications other then Ibuprofen once in a blue moon to help with inflammation if have overworked knee and back, reducing the swelling enough to reduce pain to bearable levels, pain is actually far more manageable without medication now then it was with it.

Have you tried it?
Will you try it?
How will you consume it?
How was the experience?

I haven't, but will one day. I think I would prefer to smoke it.

Just buy 2x bottle of Benilyn with codeine and drink like wine for a similar experience.
Don't do it more than once in a year though or the addiction may set in..

- Yes - twice

- Not again

- 1st time smoked of foil - 2nd time a line

- Was not really my thing.

1st time: Body felt nice and warm and pleasant but I was also nauseous which detracted from it. Did nothing for my mind so while I felt physically good the nausea prevented me from moving around and interacting with people so ended being a bit bored. When it wore of the pleasant feeling was replaced by stiffness and discomfort.

2nd time: Took a while to take effect but hit me hard. Hell of a euphoric rush but also felt on the verge of throwing up, which actually did not bother me much as I was feeling so good. Was not really capable of doing anything so just enjoyed it and then went to sleep.

That was 20 years ago and never had any desire to repeat the experience. Frankly get much more joy out of smoking a joint in nature or sharing a few glasses of wine with my wife. Suspect its because I'm just not that attached to pure physical pleasure for its own sake. Meaningful experiences like great conversation or a good book will always be preferred.
