Hi Guys

I'm having an issue with my router and was hoping someone with the same router or knowledge of it could help me out.

I'm using a telkom mobile 3g modem (Huwai E333) plugger into the router for my connection, it has been working well for a long time but now all of a sudden my S4 and Ipad can connect to it but don't get a internet connection.

I've played around with the settings but don't understand why they can't connect as my xbox & laptop still connect fine.

Any advice?

Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with that router, but seeing as though no one has replied, I'll tell you what I would do

- Restart the router and try again
- Check for any firmware updates for the router. If there are, download and install.
- I'm assuming you can see your hotspot on your phone here. My memory on doing this might be incorrect but,
* On your phone go to settings
* Tap on Wi-Fi
* Tap and hold on your Wi-Fi hotspot name
* Click on "forget"
* Scan, and try connect

Thanks I'll give it a bash, did the usual restarts etc but will have a look at new firmware
