The troubling thing is that due to WBS not having updated their incident reports on
http://www.iburst.co.za/ns.cfm since 31st March 2005, there will be quite a few non-forumite iBursters totally left in the dark about what has been happening the last few days, and not getting anywhere calling the WBS iBurst Helpdesk

So, if for no other reason, WBS really need to get their act together, and either send out an
email when such a widespread
problem starts, or they need to update their webpages to allow some of their customers that can get to the Incident Reports page on iBurst.co.za, the courtesy of knowing what is happening, that they are not the only customer that's affected, and when the problem is expected to be resolved.
