I moved to potch so i just applied for a adsl line to be installed at my new home :( So that should take a while i guess. But my question is, what is a good router to buy for adsl, one that is not too expensive?

I previously had the new WiFi Telkom routers, but had so much crap with them, so this time i want to buy my own router...

Just search the forum for "best router", there are quite a number of posts regarding this topic. If you just have one pc (not networked) you could use an adsl modem. You can also check BidorBuy, you may find a good router/modem at a good price. You can also check http://www.buynow.co.za/ .

FaNIX,

You'll generally get a better response with a meaningful thread title.

"Hi Guys" sounds like you're just lonely, rather than looking for the answer to a router question.

I have a Linksys WRT54G which is well built and serves me well. But I think NetGear also make good, solid routers. I haven't had a good experience with D-Link.

Haven't had good experiences with Linksys... I would suggest one of the Billion routers... they have very good aftersales support in Sa.
