We're using considerably less at home. Solar and whatnot. It is an instant saving on my monthly bill. Times this by a growing number of people and businesses who either supplement or go off the grid and you have the beginnings of a death spiral.

maybe they didn't listen but just started using less when they noticed the skyrockting prices
