Hide / Password protect certain directories

Anyone know a program to do this?

I had it once to hide the directory with all my -er - bank statements inside. I formatted and lost it though ... wouldn't mind getting again

I know you are able to do it natively (Terminal: Alt+254 ??) in Windows 2000. If you look on www.soft32.com you will find a couple of nice programs that do that for you.
