Hiding/barring Printer

Hi,

I've got someone who uses my PC at home when I am at work. They used up all my ink (which I replaced today) - My question : How can I bar them from printing without having to set up their own username on the pc. Can I put a password or something similar?

If it is USB, just take hide cable, otherwise, setup a new account for the people using the pc and edit the access policy.
