High bloodsugar

I started having these dizzy spells Monday evening and yesterday I went too the doctor and apparently I have too high bloodsugar.

I have to go back on Tuesday so they can run some tests. I should have did like the doctor asked when he wanted to book me off today but now I'm here at work and feeling crap. I wonder what I can do to feel better?

At least my blood pressure is perfecto.

apparently exercise will help bring your blood sugar levels down.

I live with someone that has a blood sugar disorder and its all about what you eat. if you already feel crap, I think it is too late...

Drink some Klippies. My dad has type 2 diabetes and drinking brandy with soda water always helps with the sugar levels if its too high

And he says it helps for his blood pressure as well
