High Latency spikes

I seem to be getting high latency spikes at the moment, can be seen at hop 2 of tracert below, could your network guys please have a look:

Still no change and im lagging alot on Ventrillo, Teamspeak, WoW, Lotro, web browsing is slow. iBurst Terminal shows Frame Error rates betweeen 2% up at times. 30%. Lotro shows packet loss of 9%
