High packet loss/slow browsing

Hello all!

For the past few days (Started on friday last week) I have been getting high packet loss on Teamspeak (Averages around 30-40%) and my browsing speed is slow as hell! Also I can't play smoothly on Dota 2 since then, Spectating people I have major lag. I did a pingtest and it came out A+, 0 packet loss, 3 jitter and 40ping.

So I tested it out on both my accounts (Axxess and Telkom) and they both have the same problem, except for Axxess, I always lose connection to steam and dota 2 is unplayable.

I contacted axxess and they told me they having problems with their shaping accounts atm which is triggering high packet loss and sometimes high ping around my area. So just wondering if any other people are having problems experiencing high ping/packet loss. and slow browsing.

I even port resetted my line, did not do anything

You didnt try a traceroute? In CMD type tracert www.mybroadband.co.za then hit enter and post a screenshot here.
