High-quality multiplugs in ZA

Belkin in the US sell these really nice looking "power strips" and I was wondering if anyone knows of anything similar available in ZA? I find that the ones that Ellies makes all seem to break after a few years and so I want to find something that'll last a bit longer.

Most of Ellies product have some sort of surge protection, so if it stops working, it might be due to this.

I will stick with Ellies edit: rather than the unknown chinese products which is flooding the market.
 
Have a look at the Clearline range as well. I have 2 of their Hifi Protection strips for my home theater and stereo system.

They also make a larger Home Theatre strip.
 
To add to the OP, maybe the fact that your multiplugs are failing is that there is an inherent issue with your homes power or it may be due to the load shedding we have.
 
Ellies in general is OK but cheap - compare a product from 10 years ago to a new one.

They seem to work OK for most people though.

Most people are not prepared to pay more for better quality, and never need to.

I bought similar to this from Scoop - but I see they no longer have
