High Speed 42.2Mbps - Vodacom

I'm sitting here the Vodacom promo mag [June edition] for a nu phone and noticed on page 26 an ad for Vodacom where they offering a USB modem and data bundle for 285p/m, great, but then I noticed they advertised the attainable speed as 42.2Mbps?? Please forgive me and kindly no flames but I thought the fastest attainable connection at present was 21Mbps. So whose fibbing?

Vodacom is in the process of switching on 42mbs. There are base sations that has been switched over and is live. The K4605 modem is 42mbs capable.

You will however not see 42mbs realisticly as this is the theoretical max. As Jannie always says....it is for increased capacity for EVERYONE...not just a select few.
