Higher electricity tariffs for Pretoria?

Good morning all

Have electricity tariffs increased recently or not?

My work is complaining because of a higher electricity bill.

I have the feeling it is because of a higher electricity consumption for heating the offices, as it is winter.

What are you guys' experience with the higher billing?

Electricity price increase kicked in on the 1st of July...

I also got pomped by Eskom last month.
Higher rates + colder weather.

yea the comfort/heating cost addition to the bill of july did hit a bit harder for me
but yea i was a bit more liberal with aircon running ouch

once i noticed how the units flowed i have become less liberal
