I am setting up a Hikvsion DS-K1T804MF access control device for time attendance using fingerprints in IVMS 4200 client software. I have created the organisation, added the users, given rights and schedule in access control, and I have also setup Time Attendance with shifts.
The problem is that Time Attendance returns no attendance records but Access Control shows them. What did I miss?
