hikvision nvr vs dahua nvr

What does your research tell you?
If you're already using Hikvision cameras, then sticking with Hikvision's 16-channel NVR makes a lot of sense. Everything just works better together, the setup is smoother, and features like motion detection and line crossing work right out the box. Plus, the Hik-Connect app is easy to use, even for beginners.

On the other hand, if you're looking for more recording bandwidth, especially for 4K cameras, then Dahua’s 16-channel 4KS2 NVR has the edge. It handles up to 200 Mbps, which means smoother recording at higher resolutions. Dahua offers a great value for money.

Currently, neither of them.
I'm interested in knowing what folk's personal experiences are with regards to the two.

For home use between those 2 whatever has the better price and warrantee. For a more complex use case you will need to elaborate.
