Hisense A6500 smart TV connection issues.

Hi guys. I've been having this issue with our 65inch Smart TV for ages. Every time we switch the tv off on the remote you can't switch back on with the remote, without first having to switch the unit off at the wall to reset it. Then re-enter the password to continue. Often we then have to reboot the internet to make it work and it's driving me crazy. There is no Factory Reset option on this model either, have been trying to find that all afternoon. The firmware says its up to date. Connection is WiFi only not Ethernet cable.
Any ideas?
