2 issues on the 58B7200UW android TV

1. The Play Store apps are very limited - and in particular Amazon Prime Video is not available for download (or preinstalled).
2. The TV did a system upgrade on Saturday (including from Android 8 to 9). Since then cannot connect to built in chromecast (was casting fine just before upgrade, and can still cast from my devices to a discrete Chromecast device no problem...so problem on TV side after upgrade).

Didn't get much joy from call centre - who also suggested that Prime video not available in SA - which it is (including on my android phone)

@Hisense SA

Thanks for the two replies above...yes, I guess sideloading is an option.
However it would be good to know when it will be available through the playstore - Eti1's article reference (apart from citing HiSense as leading the pack...also alludes to a rollout that should be in place by now).
@Hisense SA

On my other issue re chromecast - took a full factory reset to get that all working again...grrr
(and noting that my phone's recent upgrade from Android 9 to 10 was seamless...as it should be)

Casting also stopped working for me. When you do the factory reset, did you update to android 9 again?

Is @Hisense SA still on this forum?
Would actually like a response re the Prime Video app query...no response so far from their support centre either...
