Hi All, not sure if this is the right place, but here goes.
I have 55" Hisense Smart TV and want to connect to it with my Phone for Anyview Cast.
I switch on the TV Wi-Fi and then go to my phone (Galaxy S9+).
Under Wi-Fi settings, I choose Wi-Fi Direct and the TV shows up.
I then select the connection and the TV changes to "Waiting for connection".
I then go to Wi-Fi on the phone and there I select the TV.
Here is where I cannot go further. It asks for a password to connect to the TV.
Where do I get this password?
I can add pictures if anyone has the time to help.
Thanks in advance!!

hi
did you come right yet?

either the phone will send a password to the tv, where you have to accept the password in order to connect, or, the other way around.

or, you have to type the password in.

if you don't see any password generated by either device, restart the devices and then try

Thanks for the reply. I have no idea how to fix this. Obviously there is a password involved that I do not have. I think I will sell the Hisense and get a Samsung! Thanks again!

When you select the tv on your phone, try pressing and holding. You should get a secondary menu with more options like, 'connect with PIN' etc. Try one of those options.

If you're trying to cast onto the Hisense TV using Anyview Cast, should you not use Smartview on your phone? Not sure what the option is on the S9+ but that is the option on the S8.
