Have a cheap Hisense 602 I am thinking of replacing because of one glaringly annoying factor.... no matter how I set the sleep settings the wifi turns off completely when the phone goes to sleep. Then after a few hours I turn the screen on and the wifi comes back on and suddenly my whatsapp receives messages. A local unofficial phone dealer (the semi-shady pakistani type that has flooded the small towns) once told my mom that hisense phones have a habit of their wifi coming and going... is this utter BS or something that actually affects budget Hisense phones? Is it a budget or Android 5.1 bug?
I need to know cause my best option atm seems to be a slightly less budget hisense phone (the oddly handsome c30 rock lite). I considered the Xiaomi 4x but MIUI seems very shady and like a "big sister" OS that will tell all your darkest secrets to "daddy" if you accidentally p- her off....
