Hey guys, need some help.

My youtube app on my hisense tv is acting up. I run it on a 20mb/s fibre line that is working perfectly.
However, lately videos have not been playing. The screen freezes/partly pixalates while the audio is fine.
I've phoned Hisense's call centre and they have no idea.
Other devices using the fibre line (dstv) are fine, as is internet, and youtube via wifi in the house.
It is just on the tv that it acts up.
I've checked all settings, and for some strange reason live feeds play fine, but any other video doesnt.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?

Well if you are experiencing it only on that device then it is obviously device specific...

Just the fact that you mention TV freezing etc means that it cannot handle the content... TV's these days come with Processors etc to process all that media... if the interface is not optimized its possible you experience what you do... say it has to process a high quality video with high bitrate etc... that takes some processing power and memory... its cool an all that these TV's have built in interfaces but honestly i dont think they are doing it in a very optimal way with a one size fits all software instead of a optimized version per TV...

This is definitely something that Hisense has to be held to account for as its their TV and software... and they sold you an expectation they need to deliver on.

If live feeds play fine wouldn't they require the same processing power?
