Afternoon…can i ask is there any difference between hisense u7h 55” and a 65”?

Other than size, the only difference I'm aware of is the amount of dimming zones, which is lower on the 55" (112 zones) than on the 65" (160 zones).
Otherwise, it's a really good TV and I would recommend maybe waiting for the 65" to come back on special if it's within your price range.

As a general rule of thumb the more dimming zones the better the performance will be. This will especially be apparent when watching dark scene material as the more zones that can be controlled/dimmed the more uniform/black a tv will be.
