Hlophe will be the next Chief Justice.

Here is how I see this panning out:

1. Zuma will appoint a new Judicial Service Commission.
2. The charges against Hloph will be dropped.
3. The current Chief Justice , Pius Langa, retires
4. Zuma appoint Hlophe as new Chief Justice

There is now further evidence from the JSC hearing regarding the conduct of Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe. Could it be true Judge Hlophe had a mandate to persuade judges to find for Zuma? That disturbing question waits determination as does the rumour, widespread in legal circles, that Judge Hlophe remains well positioned to take over as Chief Justice after the incumbent, Pius Langa, retires.

One thing I can honestly and truthfully say, is that I had nothing at all to do with putting Zuma and his clowns in power.

I hope Zuma does not appoint that clown chief justice.
It would be too obvious, however one can't rule it out looking at what happened with shaik just after Zuma declared his intentions to pardon him.

The country is however not going to go down.
