HMC, what now?

I just installed Mobile Connect from Huawei (HOST11.107.05.00.03.B266.exe). What do I do now? I think I should fill in something in the Network Connection Settings, but what?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You need to create a new connection setting.

For Vodacom : username and password can be left blank. APN = internet
For MTN : you can use either username = MTN and password = mtn with APN = myMTN OR you can use username and password blank and APN = internet

I'm with Vodacom. I changed APN to internet.
I get this message:
Failed to connect. please check the Wireless Device or the setting of the network connection.

Should Authentication Protocol be CHAP or PAP?
Is there an authentication Nr? There seems to be a default: *99#
Any suggestions?
